Peer and Family Support

Programs offering support to those who either are themselves or know someone who is experiencing challenges related to mental health.

Education

Mental health and suicide prevention education and training programs for students, teachers, first responders, faith leaders, and other professionals and community members.

Awareness

Programs to educate the community and policymakers about the complexities of mental health and to promote mental health as a critical part of overall wellness.

Counseling

MHA offers free counseling services for uninsured/underinsured individuals ages 8 and older, families, and couples in Mecklenburg and Cabarrus Counties.

Resources to help you navigate the complex mental health landscape and build resilient communities.
