2025-2030 Strategic Plan

MHAofCC’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan lays the foundation for transformational growth, increased equity, and sustainable impact across North Carolina. Grounded in community input and a comprehensive situational analysis, the plan responds directly to identified opportunities. Centering around a strong organizational culture, the plan also addresses strenghtening the board, decreasing funding vulnerability, improving access, and the urgent need to reduce stigma around mental health.
