- Encouraging someone in crisis to seek help at an acute care unit, EMTs, and police *ask for CIT trained officers
- You can also explain what’s going on to the operator and they will dispatch the correct resources.
Mecklenburg County residents can also call a Mobile Crisis Team (CriSys) led by a mental health professional for immediate help with any of the above and involuntary commitments. For immediate crisis support, call 704-566-3410 and select option 1.
