This training is designed for recent high school graduates.

Explore the 6 different aspects of Self-Care! These aspects are: Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual, Social, and Professional.  Participants will learn examples for each aspect and the training also includes a take-home activity. You will learn tips for Self-Care whether you have 5 minutes or an hour!

This training is designed for recent high school graduates.
