Self-Care & Self-Love is an empowering and supportive workshop designed to help participants build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves. This training explores how stress, burnout, and self-criticism can impact emotional well-being, and offers practical tools for setting boundaries, managing overwhelm, and nurturing self-worth. Through reflection, discussion, and simple everyday practices, participants will learn how to prioritize their needs without guilt, strengthen resilience, and create sustainable habits that support both mental and emotional health.
